As a senior Information Design student, I was given an assignment that tasked me with visualizing my approach to design within a physical object. To the left is an image of what I created and the concept statement for my project. This is my approach to design.

My goal is always to take relevant information and create designs that make that information navigable, accessible, and clear to understand— and, visually appealing. Entering my studies and practice of Information Design, I had a background in traditional art and visual design. Because of this, the visual aspects of Information Design are important to me, and one of my strong points.

I aim to balance the creativity, aesthetics, and finer visual details of my work with its usefulness as a tool to aid in understanding.
